At NeubAItics, we are committed to providing exceptional services and Programs/webinars. If you are not satisfied with our services please follow the guidelines below to request a refund:
General Refund Consideration:
Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the nature of the service and the specific circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully rendered or where the client has explicitly approved the completion of the service.
Programs (Online):
Programs may have specific refund policies outlined in each course description.
Generally, refund requests must be submitted within 5 days from the start of the Programs.
Refunds will not be granted for participants who have completed a significant portion of the program.
Webinars:
All registrations and payments for webinars are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final, regardless of circumstances.
Registrations for webinars are transferable to other individuals. Contact us at info@neubaitics.com for transfer requests.
Cancellation Policy by NeubAItics:
NeubAItics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule webinars/Programs due to factors such as insufficient registrations, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a webinar/Programs is canceled, registered participants will be promptly notified and receive a full refund.
